Step-by-Step Workflow

Step 1

Create team workspace

Invite members from Teams with name, role, and position details. Members join through private invite links.

  • Invite email and role are accurate.
  • Member status transitions are visible.
  • Access can be revoked when required.

Step 2

Assign lead ownership

Use assignment controls in Leads to route work to the right team member and keep accountability explicit.

  • Assigned member reflects who owns next action.
  • Address details are set for field jobs.
  • Unassigned leads are reviewed regularly.

Step 3

Start On-My-Way session

For active jobs, start a team session to generate a private customer link with live map and ETA updates.

  • Session token link is sent to the right customer.
  • Location updates flow while travelling.
  • Session is completed or auto-closed at arrival conditions.

Step 4

Close with review follow-up

After completion, continue with outcome updates and review-request workflows where eligible.

  • Lead status is marked correctly.
  • Review request state is updated where applicable.
  • Timeline remains auditable for future reference.
